摘要

为了提高短时暴雨预警发布的精准性,文章进行了基于多传感器信息融合的短时暴雨预警信息发布系统设计研究.将PCR毫米波雷达传感器作为系统的硬件装置,实现对云层高度和速度信息的采集.在短时暴雨信息预测阶段,使用独热编码方法将降雨强度、降雨范围、云层高度和速度变量的时间序列数据转换为数组形式,并构建模型计算降雨信息,利用均方误差对模型进行校正;在短时暴雨信息发布阶段,以实际的地理范围划分情况为基准,匹配对应信息,差异化发布降雨信息.在测试结果中,不同地区5 min降雨量的预警结果与实际情况的差异稳定在0.03 mm以内.

Abstract

In order to improve the accuracy of short-time rainstorm early warning,this paper studies the design of short-time rainstorm early warning information release system based on multi-sensor information fusion.Using PCR millimeter wave radar sensor as the hardware device of the system to collect cloud height and velocity information.In the stage of short-term rainstorm information prediction,the time series data of rainfall intensity,rainfall range,cloud height and velocity variables are converted into an array by using the unique heat coding method,and a model is constructed to calculate rainfall information,and the model is corrected by using the mean square error;In the stage of short-term rainstorm information release,take the actual geographical range division as the benchmark,match the corresponding information,and issue rainfall information differently.In the test results,the difference between the warning results for 5-minute rainfall in different regions and the actual situation remained stable within 0.03 mm.
