基于嵌入式技术和物联网技术设计了一套基于"云+端"的雨量现场校准系统,由云端省级雨量检定管理平台和雨量校准通信模块及JJS1型翻斗雨量传感器校准仪组成.该系统能测量雨量传感器的雨量计数并使用4G+MQTT协议打通了省、市之间检定的实时数据传输和数据管理.检定结果由云端统一判别并实时反馈,避免受到业务人员操作不当的影响.该系统能有效提高现场校准工作的效率、实时性和雨量观测数据的质量.除此之外,省级业务管理部门能够通过省级雨量检定管理平台实时了解各个站点的校准情况,提高业务管理能力.该技术方案经济可靠,具有推广潜力,有助于完善省、地区、台站的分级气象设备检定管理模式.
Design of rainfall gield calibration system based on Cloud-Terminal
A rainfall on-site calibration system based on embedded technology and Internet of Things technology has been designed,consisting of a provincial-level rainfall calibration management platform on the cloud end,a rainfall calibration communication module,and a JJS1 type tipping bucket rain sensor calibrator.The system can measure the rainfall count of the rain sensor and use 4G+MQTT protocol to connect real-time data transmission and management for verification between provinces and cities.The verification results are uniformly judged and fed back in real time by the"cloud"end,avoiding the influence of improper operation by business personnel.This system can effectively improve the efficiency,real-time performance,and quality of rainfall observation data in on-site calibration work.In addition,provincial-level business management departments can use the provincial-level rainfall calibration management platform to real-time understand the calibration status of various stations and improve their business management capabilities.This technical solution is economically reliable and has the potential for promotion,which will help improve the management mode of graded meteorological equipment calibration at the provincial,regional,and station levels.
