高铁开通对绿色技术创新的影响及其传导机制研究

本文基于高铁开通影响绿色技术创新的理论机理,将高铁开通作为准自然实验,以2008-2021年中国284个地级市的面板数据为样本,采用双重差分法和空间杜宾模型评估高铁开通对绿色技术创新的影响机制.研究发现:高铁开通显著提升绿色技术创新水平,该结论在稳健性检验下依然成立;异质性分析表明,高铁开通对西部地区和小城市绿色技术创新具有更显著的促进作用;作用机制分析表明,金融资源集聚和创新要素集聚是高铁开通影响绿色技术创新的重要渠道.
Influence of High-speed Rail Opening on Green Technology Innovation and Its Mechanism
Based on the theoretical mechanism of the impact of high-speed railway on green technology innovation,this paper takes the opening of high-speed railway as a quasi-natural experiment.With the panel data of 284 prefecture-level cities in China from 2008 to 2021 as samples,the paper uses the different-in-differences(DID)method and the spatial Durbin model to evaluate the impact of high-speed railway on green technology innovation and its mechanism.The findings are as follows.The opening of high-speed railway significantly improves green technology innovation,and this conclusion is still valid under the series of robustness tests.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the opening of high-speed railway has a more significant promoting effect on green technology innovation in the western region and small cities.The mechanism analysis shows that the agglomeration of financial resources and innovation factors are the channels for the opening of high-speed rail to affect green technology innovation.
