Logic,Realistic Challenges and Paths for Building an Agricultural Power
Agricultural power is the foundation of Chinese modernization,and the construction of an agricultural power embodies the dialectical unity of historical logic,realistic logic and strategic logic.The world agricultural powers based on certain indicators not only reflect the common development requirements and similar paths,but also have unique realization methods based on the national and agricultural conditions of each country.To build an agricultural power in China,we should not only follow the general law of agricultural modernization and grasp the common characteristics of the agricultural powers in the world,but also reflect the Chinese characteristics based on the national and agricultural conditions.Therefore,to build an agricultural power in China,on the one hand,we should catch up the world's agricultural powers in terms of the main indicators,narrow the gap between China and the world's agricultural power,and learn from their experience.On the other hand,based on the national and agricultural conditions such as China's rural land management system,the resource endowment with a large population and relatively little arable land,the historical background of farming civilization,the demands of the era of harmonious coexistence between human and nature,we should combine the general experience of the world's agricultural powers with the specific reality of China,and explore the construction path of an agricultural power with Chinese characteristics.
