Construction and Measurement Method of China's Macro Decent Work Evaluation Index System
The proposal of the concept of decent work aims to protect the basic rights and interests of the working population,which is in line with the concept of harmonious social development in China.It is a demand for social justice and fair development.This article,based on the concept of decent work,adopts the quantitative indicator system for decent work compiled by the International Labor Organization(ILO).In five dimensions of employment,work rights,social protection,social dialogue,and the economic and social background of decent work,this paper,based on the principles of clarity,measurability,accessibility,relevance and timeliness,constructs a decent work indicator system,including 5 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators,and 32 tertiary indicators.This paper focuses on the basic framework of the indicator system.Additionally,it proposes a measurement method for decent work and analyzes the application scenarios of the constructed indicators,in order to provide evaluation tools for measuring China's decent work and reference for subsequent research.
