新发展阶段推进民族地区共同富裕的梗阻及纾解

共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求，是中国式现代化的重要特征，也是党和国家长期坚持的战略目标。民族地区是扎实推进共同富裕的重要场域，推进民族地区共同富裕是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的物质保障，更是以中国式现代化推进中华民族伟大复兴的现实之需。当前，扎实推进民族地区共同富裕仍然面临经济发展水平有待提高、收入水平较低且城乡差距较大、生态环境保护形势严峻及生态产品价值未能充分体现、基本公共服务设施与能力不足等问题，部分群众依然存在返贫风险。为此，新发展阶段推进民族地区共同富裕要坚持党的全面领导、实现经济高质量发展、多方联动完善三次收入分配方式、统筹协调推进以生态优先绿色发展为导向的高质量发展、提升基本公共服务均等化水平、坚持绿色发展理念，促进人与自然和谐共生，强化精神生活共同富裕，以期推动民族地区共同富裕取得更加明显的实质性进展。
Difficulties about Promoting Common Prosperity in Ethnic Areas in the New Development Phase and the Solutions
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of the socialist society.It is a significant feature of the Chinese modernization and the long-term strategic goal set by China and the Communist Party of China(CPC).The ethnic areas are indispensable for carrying out this work.By advancing common prosperity in these areas,we offer the sound material bases for creating a strong sense of the community for the Chinese nation.Moreover,China needs to walk in this manner on its own path to modernization to facilitate the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.But at present,there are still a series of problems as we are trying to bring common prosperity to the ethnic areas.For example,in these areas,the economy needs to rise to a higher level,the incomes are low,big gaps exist between the urban and rural regions,ecological and environmental protection faces severe challenges,the value of ecological goods has not been fully tapped,and the facilities which deliver basic public services are deficient.As a result,some people are on the brink of slipping back into poverty.To solve these problems,while pushing forward the local common prosperity,we must follow the Party's overall leadership,strive for the quality economic growth,engage different members in optimizing the approaches for the tertiary income distribution,and guarantee the coordinated implementation of the high-quality development programs which prioritize ecology and green development.Also,we should ensure more equitable access to basic public services,uphold the green development philosophy,seek harmony between human and nature as well as the common prosperity of our spiritual life,aiming to make more substantiative progress.
