以人为本思想的内涵演化——以中国共产党历次全国代表大会报告为参照

摘要
中国共产党自成立以来,就将以人为本思想与马克思主义相结合,将以人为本思想的核心内涵与马克思主义实践观相融合.分析历次党代会报告及相关文献可以得出,以人为本思想的内涵演化经历了三个阶段:自中国共产党成立到改革开放之前,以依靠人民夺取和巩固政权、实现中国人民的解放和独立为主要内涵;进入改革开放新时期之后,以依靠人民建设中国特色社会主义、实现人的物质和精神生活的富足为主要内涵;进入新时代以来,以坚持"人民至上"的国家治理观、满足人民对美好生活的需求和促进人的自我实现为主要内涵.这一内涵演化过程体现出历史实践性和以更高维度的自由为导向的特征.
Abstract
Since the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC),it has integrated the people-oriented thought with Marxism,namely,integrating essence of this thought with the Marxist view of practice.Through the analysis of the reports to the CPC National Congress and relevant documents,it can be seen that the evolution of the connotation of people-oriented thought has gone through three stages:from the founding of the CPC to the reform and opening up,the main connotation of the thought is to rely on the people to seize and consolidate political power and to achieve the liberation and independence of the Chinese people;after entering the new era of reform and opening up,the main connotation is to rely on the people to build socialism with Chinese characteristics and achieve material and spiritual prosperity for people;since entering the new era,the main connotation has been to rely on the people to govern the country,meet the people's needs for a better life,and promote people's self-realization.This evolution process of the connotation of people-oriented thought reflects the characteristics of historical practicality and the orientation toward higher dimensional freedom.
