摘要
近年来,数字经济发展迅速,其对新质生产力的促进作用日益增强.基于2012-2022年中国31个省区市的面板数据,本文对数字经济浪潮下新质生产力的发展进行了实证研究.研究发现,数字经济对推动新质生产力发展具有显著作用,不仅直接促进了各省区市新质生产力的提升,还通过提升技术创新水平间接为新质生产力的发展提供物质基础.然而,数字经济对新质生产力的影响存在区域异质性,东部地区和中部地区效果显著,而西部地区影响较小.随着人工智能、大数据、万物互联、区块链等技术的广泛应用,新质生产力的发展更加注重整体优化与不间断自主创新.高质量数字经济发展加速促进培育新质生产力,不仅需要在科技自主创新、数字人才培育等领域持续发力,而且还需东中西部协同发展.加快高质量数字经济发展、加强数字教育投资、促进中西部地区协同发展是推动新质生产力发展的关键.
Abstract
In recent years,the digital economy has developed rapidly and played an increasing role in promoting new quality productive forces.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities in China from 2012 to 2022,this paper conducts an empirical study on the development of new quality productive forces under the digital economy.It finds that the digital economy significantly promotes the development of new quality productive forces.It not only directly promotes the new quality productive forces in various provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities but also indirectly provides material basis for the development of new quality productive forces by improving technological innovation.However,there is regional heterogeneity in the influence of the digital economy on new quality productive forces,showing a significant effect in the eastern and central regions,but a small influence in the western region.With the wide application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,Internet of Everything,and blockchain,the development of new quality productive forces requires overall optimization and continuous independent innovation.A high-quality digital economy accelerating the development of new quality productive forces requires not only the continuous efforts in the fields of independent innovation in science and technology and the cultivation of digital talents but also the coordinated development of the eastern,central,and western regions.Accelerating the development of high-quality digital economy,strengthening investment in digital education,and promoting the coordinated development of productive forces in the central and western regions are the key strategies to promote new-quality productive forces.
