Evaluation and Promotion Strategy of the Digital Economy in Inner Mongolia under New Quality Productive Forces
AAs the core of the development of new quality productive forces,the digital economy has an important impact on the high-quality economic development in China.Based on the panel data of 30 provincial-level regions in China from 2012 to 2022,this paper mainly studies digital industrialization and industrial digitization,constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the development of the digital economy,and calculates the comprehensive score of the development of the digital economy in 30 provincial-level regions in China by using the added value accounting method and the entropy method.From a horizontal perspective,this paper analyzes the ranking of Inner Mongolia's digital economy development in China and the gap with other provincial-level regions in various indicators.At the same time,according to the evaluation results,the current problems in the development of Inner Mongolia's digital economy are analyzed from four aspects:unbalanced inter-regional development,relatively backward digital infrastructure,insufficient extension of the digital industrial chain,and the weak internal driving force for industrial digital transformation.Based on the current situation,it points out the"six chain integration"to promote the high-quality development of the digital economy in Inner Mongolia,namely,the policy chain,innovation chain,industrial chain,service chain,platform chain,and talent chain,thus supplementing the development of the digital economy in Inner Mongolia.
