The Party school(school of administration)is the main channel for Party organizations at all levels to train Party members.In the new era,making good use of party school education and training resources and continuously improving the teaching and research level of Party schools can effectively promote the construction of a high-quality,excellent cadre team.Currently,the quality of education and training for Party members in Party schools at all levels in Inner Mongolia,especially in grassroots Party schools,needs to be improved.There are problems such as inaccurate training targets,unscientific curriculum design,relatively weak teacher resources,tight staffing resources,and inadequate protection of talent treatment.This paper,based on the actual situation of Inner Mongolia,deeply analyzes the problems existing in various levels of Party schools in Inner Mongolia and puts forward suggestions for solving the problems,promoting high-quality development of Party schools and consolidating the organizational and talent foundation for Inner Mongolia.
