通过搭建实验台对不同的户用调节阀进行测试,确定户用调节阀的各项参数指标并汇总.利用层次分析法确定各参数指标在户用调节阀调节性评价中所占的权重,确定调节性高阶判断矩阵,利用MATLAB计算出特征值和特征向量,并进行单层次一致性分析,通过多次调整判断矩阵使其满足单层次一致性,最后确定调节阀各参数指标的权重因子.通过测试数据和参数指标权重因子对各户用调节阀进行数据对比分析,得到户用调节阀水力平衡调节评价结果,提高了户用调节阀水力平衡调节评价的准确性.
Study on hydraulic balance regulation of household regulation valve
This paper determines and summarizes the various parameter indexes of household regulating valves by setting up an experimental platform to test different household regulating valves.The high-order adjustment judgment matrix through the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each parameter index in the adjustment evaluation of the household regulating valve by running the MATLAB to calculate the eigenvector and the maximum eigenvalue of the judgment matrix,and perform single-level consistency Analyze,adjusting the judgment matrix multiple times to meet the single-level consistency,and finally determine the weighting factor of each parameter index of the regulating valve.Through the test data and parameter index weight factors,the data comparison and analysis of each household regulating valve are carried out,and the evaluation results of the household regulating valve hydraulic balance adjustment are obtained,and the accuracy of the household regulating valve hydraulic balance adjustment evaluation is improved.
