空气源热泵-燃气锅炉联合供暖系统的研究

提出空气源热泵-燃气锅炉联合供暖方案,建立数学模型进行负荷计算和能源系统配置,并对系统的运行费用及全生命期费用进行分析.结果表明,空气源热泵加热功率占总负荷的百分比为 83%时性价比最高,全生命期费用最低,与原燃气蒸汽锅炉供暖方案相比,每年可节省 32.81万元运行费用,降低的能耗相当于 328t标准煤,本方案设计思路可为同类型项目提供一定参考.
Research on air source heat pump gas boiler combined heating system
This article proposes a combined heating scheme of air source heat pump and gas boiler in response to the heat consumption problem of a certain enterprise.By establishing a mathematical model,load calculation is completed,energy system configuration is carried out,and the operating cost and full life cycle cost of the system are analyzed.The results show that when the heating power of an air source heat pump accounts for 83%of the total load,the cost-effectiveness is the highest,and the full life cycle cost is the lowest.Compared to the original gas steam boiler heating scheme,it saves 328100 Yuan in operating costs annually,and saves 328t of standard coal annually.The design concept of this plan can provide some reference for similar projects.
