摘要

为了更快速地发现热力站供热运行事故并确定事故原因,最大程度地减小事故的影响范围,降低人员作业的危险性,太原市热力集团于 2022 年、2023 年分别进行了基于红外热成像与AI视频识别技术的热力站报警试验.试验结果表明,热成像与AI技术可以较好地识别出热力站漏水、呲水、火情等事故并及时报警,从而可以快速识别站内突发事件,结合远传控制电动执行机构,可以有效提高热力站的运行安全,具有一定的实际应用价值.

Abstract

In order to quickly detect heating operation accidents in thermal power stations and determine the causes of the accidents,minimize the impact range of accidents,and reduce the risk of personnel operations,Taiyuan Thermal Power Group respectively conducted thermal power station alarm tests based on infrared thermal imaging and AI video technology in 2022 and 2023.The experimental results show that thermal imaging and AI technology can effectively identify the actions of personnel,water leakage,water exposure,fire and other accidents in the thermal power station,and provide timely alarms.Combined with remote control of electric actuators,the operational safety of the thermal power station can be effectively improved and has certain practical application value.
