摘要
传统平板太阳能集热器因生产工艺简单、制造成本低、安装维修方便以及能够与建筑耦合集成等特点,在国内外得到广泛应用.太阳能集热板是太阳能集热器的关键部件,近二十年来,研究者不断创新太阳能集热板的制造工艺,以期获得革命性突破,实现节约和替代常规能源的目的.研究从生产工艺、集热性能、使用寿命和市场用途等方面分析了平板型太阳能集热板的发展现状,剖析了平板型太阳能集热板的优缺点,并展望了平板型太阳能集热板的市场前景.瓷铝复合集热板改变了板芯生产方法和涂层制备工艺,在成本、寿命和效率等方面优势明显,光伏/光热一体板将光伏技术与光热技术相结合,可同时满足居民用电和用热需求,在用途方面更具发展潜力.
Abstract
Flat solar collectors have been widely used at home and abroad because of their low manufacturing cost,simple production process,convenient installation and maintenance and coupling integration with buildings.Solar collecting-heat plates are the key component of solar collectors.For nearly two decades,researchers have been innovating the manufacturing process of solar collecting-heat plates in order to achieve revolutionary breakthroughs and achieve the purpose of saving and replacing conventional energy.This paper analyzes the development status of solar collecting-heat plates from the aspects of production technology,heat collecting performance,service life and market use,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of solar collecting-heat plates,and looks forward to the market prospect of solar collecting-heat plates.Porcelain aluminum composite solar plates have changed the core production method and coating preparation process,which have obvious advantages in cost,life and efficiency.By the combination of photovoltaic technology and photothermal technology,photovoltaic/photothermal integrated plates can simultaneously meet the needs of residential electricity and heat,and have more development potential in terms of market use.
