摘要

供热系统的失水一直是供热行业长期关注的问题,其中二次侧的失水更是供热领域长期以来治理的重点内容.为研究分析失水问题,借助信息化手段,建立二次侧失水监测分析系统.通过采集青岛市某区域多个换热站的失水数据,并参考相关设备参数,利用聚类分析法对数据进行处理,结合实地调研失水原因,分析各个原因造成的失水比例,并基于原有监控系统,开发换热站二次侧失水监测分析软件,用于治理换热站失水问题.

Abstract

The water loss of heating system is always a concern in heating industry,the water loss of the secondary side is the key content of the treatment in the field of heating.In order to study and analyze the water loss problem,the secondary water loss monitoring and analysis system is established by means of information technology.By collecting water loss data and related device parameter data of some heat-exchange stations located in Qingdao area,the data were processed by cluster analysis method,find out the cause of secondary net water loss.On the basis of the original monitoring system,the monitoring and analysis software of secondary water loss of heat exchange station is developed to guide the heat exchange station to solve the water loss problem.
