Analysis of influencing factors of economic specific friction of long-distance heating pipeline
To promote large-scale clean heating, distributed coal-fired and gas-fired boiler rooms have been gradually banned by cogeneration.Long distance heating pipelines that are paired with them are also more common. However, there is currently no corresponding standard for selecting the specific friction of long-distance heating pipelines. This article takes a long-distance heating pipeline project in Hohhot as an example and uses single factor analysis to explore the impact of different engineering parameters on economic specific friction. The calculation results show that the actual optimal economic specific friction of the project is 22.8 Pa/m.In addition, the temperature difference in heating has the greatest impact on the economic specific friction, followed by the heating load and the heating service life. Therefore, when designing economic specific friction,it is important to consider the heating temperature difference of the engineering project.
