Hydraulic transient analysis and application of AFT Impulse software in long-haul heating pipelines
Combined with the experience of projects similar to waste heat for long-distance and large temperature difference heating by coal-fired power units,this paper starts from the basic principles,introduces the application of AFT Impulse software in engineering examples,and gradually explains the hydraulic transient analysis of pressure pipelines.Combined with engineering cases,it analyzes the harm of water hammer waves generated in the process of changing unsteady fluid to constant flow to heating system,and puts forward corresponding suggestions based on mathematical model analysis,In order to better promote and apply the results of hydraulic transient analysis in the heating system,effectively guide the design and engineering construction.
