空气源热泵冷凝器和蒸发器能力提升的研究

为了提升空气源热泵的换热能力,针对影响热泵能力的因素进行了讨论研究.在保证设计工况一定的条件下,以热泵系统的冷凝器和蒸发器为研究对象,对其结构、材料、传热特性以及冷热流体的流动方式进行了分析研究,以保证冷凝器和蒸发器能力最优.对微通道的摆放角度、形状和不同种类制冷剂进行了详细的研究.最后,在保证系统工况稳定的条件下,通过正交试验对热泵系统进行全面调试,给出了最优的参数组合.
Research on improving the condenser and evaporator capacity of air source heat pump
In order to improve the transfer capacity of air source heat pump,the factors affecting the capacity of heat pump are discussed and studied.Under certain design conditions,the structure,materials,heat transfer characteristics and the flow mode of hot and cold fluid of the two units of the contemporary heat pump system are analyzed and studied to ensure the optimization of the capacity of the two units.The shape of the micro-channel,the placement angle of the micro-channel and different kinds of refrigerants are studied in detail.Finally,under the condition of ensuring the stability of system working condition,the heat pump system is fully debugged through orthogonal test,and the optimal parameter combination is given.
