为了降低冬季供热对热电联产机组发电出力的影响,提出了一种基于吸收式换热的热电联产低温供热技术,借助吸收式换热机组,实现一次网供水温度和回水温度的双降低,提高采暖季乏汽供热占比,进而提高热电联产机组能源利用效率和经济收益.以西北某热电厂两台 300 MW热电机组为例进行了应用案例分析,分析结果表明:项目改造完成后,单个采暖季因供热而减少的发电量由改造前的 2.13亿度电降至 0.97亿度电(降幅 54%),在不增加燃煤消耗量且保障原有的供热负荷的前提下,单个采暖季可多发 1.16亿度电;每年可新增收益 4 766 万元,项目静态投资回收期 3.7年,改造经济性十分可观.理论分析和应用案例分析结果表明,此种基于吸收式换热的热电联产低温供热技术,可显著提高热电联产机组乏汽供热占比和能源利用效率,促进我国集中供热行业的节能减排.
Research on low-temperature heating technology of cogeneration based on absorption heat exchange
In order to reduce the impact of winter heating on the power output of cogeneration units,proposes a low-temperature heating technology based on absorption heat exchange for cogeneration.With the help of absorption heat exchange technology,the dual reduction of primary network supply water temperature and return water temperature is achieved,and the proportion of exhaust steam heating during the heating season is increased,thereby improving the energy utilization efficiency and economic benefits of cogeneration units.Taking a thermal power plant in northwest China as an example,an application case analysis was conducted.The analysis results showed that after the project renovation,the reduced power generation due to heating decreased from 213 million kWh before the renovation to 97 million kWh.Without increasing coal consumption,a single heating season can generate an additional 116 million kWh of electricity;The annual increase in revenue is 47.66 million yuan,and the static investment payback period of the project is 3.7 years.The economic feasibility of the renovation is very considerable.The theoretical analysis and application case analysis results show that the low-temperature heating technology based on absorption heat exchange for cogeneration proposed in this article can significantly improve the proportion of exhaust steam heating and energy utilization efficiency of cogeneration units,promote energy conservation and emission reduction in China's central heating industry.
