Calculation and analysis of thermal efficiency for circulating fluidized bed boilers
Boiler thermal efficiency is a key indicator for the economic evaluation of boiler operating conditions and is an important basis for guiding the efficient operation of boilers. For the problem that boiler thermal efficiency cannot be measured online,an offline estimation model of boiler thermal efficiency is proposed based on anti-balance method, and the boiler thermal efficiency is solved by using the DCS operation data of a 75 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler and the instrumental assay values of coal combustion parameters. The analysis of the boiler thermal efficiency results shows that the boiler operating load and the boiler soot blowing operation have an impact on the boiler thermal efficiency. Finally, the optimization strategy of boiler operation is proposed for the influencing factors of boiler thermal efficiency. The above research has potential application value for improving boiler operating economy.
