摘要
燃气锅炉排出的烟气中含有大量余热,若能深度回收烟气余热,将会大幅提高锅炉热效率.以北京某燃气锅炉房为例,提出了烟气余热深度回收技术改造方案,并对 2023-2024年供暖季的运行效果进行了分析,为燃气锅炉房烟气余热深度回收利用技术改造及供热系统运行调节提供了一定的参考.
Abstract
The flue gas discharged from gas boilers contains a large amount of waste heat.If the waste heat from flue gas can be deeply recovered,it will greatly improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.Takes a gas boiler room in Beijing as an example,an implementation plan for energy-saving transformation of deep recovery of flue gas waste heat is proposed,and the energy-saving effect of the heating season from 2023 to 2024 are analyzed,which provides a certain reference for energy-saving transformation of deep recovery and utilization of flue gas waste heat in gas boiler rooms and operation adjustment of heating systems.
