天然气掺氢对燃烧设备的影响分析

摘要
研究了天然气掺氢对燃烧设备的影响.研究结果表明:掺氢比 30%内,燃气沃泊指数变化较小,基本不影响燃烧负荷和燃具性能;掺氢比 50%内,相同燃烧负荷下的空气耗量及烟气量略有下降,基本不影响烟风系统输送能力;掺氢后,烟气露点温度升高,增加低温腐蚀的风险.相同燃烧负荷下烟气的潜热量略有上升;燃气掺氢可显著降低CO2、CO排放,对家用燃具NOx 排放影响较小,但对工业锅炉低氮燃烧器的影响应进一步研究.
Abstract
This article investigates the effect of natural gas blended with hydrogen on Combustion equipment.When the hydrogen blending ratio is within 30%,the variation of Wobbe index is small,which basically does not affect the combustion load and the performance of the gas appliance;Within a hydrogen blending ratio of 50%,there is a slight decrease in combustion air and flue gas under the same combustion load which basically does not affect the conveying capacity of the smoke and air system;The dew point temperature of the flue gas of hydrogen blended natural gas increases along with the risk of low-temperature corrosion.The latent heat of flue gas slightly increases with the same combustion load;Gas blended with hydrogen can significantly reduce CO2 and CO emissions,with less impact on NOx emissions from household gas appliances.However,further research should be conducted on the impact on low nitrogen burner of industrial boilers.
