Seismic analysis of non-directly buried heat-supply pipeline under earthquake action
In order to ensure the safety and stability of the non-directly buried heating pipeline after an earthquake, the strength checking conditions of the pipeline under earthquake are determined by analyzing the earthquake hazard and seismic theory.Combined with typical engineering cases, the equivalent static method is used to analyze the displacement, stress and support stress of the pipeline under earthquake action in different directions. The research shows that:(1)The primary stress check under the condition of accidental load of the pipeline should be carried out to ensure the safety and reliability of the pipeline under the condition of earthquake.(2)In the event of earthquake, the Z-direction force of the guide support and the fixed support will increase exponentially, and the support must have sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure its safety.(3)The non-directly buried heating pipeline causes excessive transverse deformation in the earthquake, and the sliding bracket should take anti-slip measures.
