供热枝状管网提升可靠性案例分析

提出在枝状热网干线之间增设链支的方式,将枝状热网改造为环状热网,以此提高热网可靠性水平.在对国内热网可靠性指标计算方法总结梳理的基础上,引入距离修正因子对可靠性贡献进行修正.对某枝状供热管网可靠性指标进行优化计算,通过对比分析,提出了增设链支的最优数量和位置,最终使该热网的可靠性指标提升了 12.53%,达到了 90%以上,极大地提高了其可靠性水平.
Case study on improving reliability of heating branch network
Propose the method of adding chain branches between the main lines of the branched heating network,transforming the branched heating network into a circular heating network,in order to improve the reliability level of the heating network.On the basis of summarizing and sorting out the calculation methods of reliability indicators for domestic heating networks,a distance correction factor is introduced to adjust the reliability contribution.Optimization calculations were conducted on the reliability indicators of a certain branch heating network,and through comparative analysis,the optimal number and location of chain branches were proposed.As a result,the reliability indicators of the network were improved by 12.53%,reaching over 90%,greatly enhancing its reliability level.
