Simulation of oxygen-enriched combustion in natural gas boilers
Based on the current situation of energy shortage in China,in the practical application of natural gas boilers,it's necessary to focus on how to improve the combustion efficiency of the boiler.Oxygen-enriched combustion is one of the ways to improve the combustion efficiency of natural gas boilers,which enhances fuel combustion to achieve the purpose of improving the flame temperature and energy utilization.This paper is based on Fluent software for a 10 t gas hot water boiler in Beijing,oxygen-enriched combustion simulation,focusing on the study of oxygen-enriched combustion state of the boiler combustion chamber temperature distribution,NOx distribution and NOx emissions and other combustion characteristics of the boiler,for the subsequent boiler renovation to provide theoretical support.
