某350MW煤电机组供热灵活性改造技术经济性分析

结合某超临界350 MW煤电机组供热需求与电网调峰需求的特点,分析了采用不同供热灵活性改造技术路线的供热能力与经济性.相较于蓄热供热、电锅炉供热改造方案,该机组更适合采用汽轮机高低旁路联合供热方案,改造后机组最大供热能力可提高120 MW,深度调峰能力可提高66 MW,改造工程静态投资回收期约1.5年,可为同类型机组供热灵活性改造提供实践参考.
Analysis of heating flexibility transformation technology for a 350MW coal-fired power unit
Based on the characteristics of the heating demand and power grid peak shaving demand of a certain supercritical 350 MW coal-fired power unit,this paper analyzes the heating capacity and economy of using different heating flexibility transformation technology routes.Compared with the hot water storage and electric boiler heating transformation schemes,this unit is more suitable for using the high and low bypass combined heating scheme of the steam turbine.After the transformation,the maximum heating capacity of the unit can be increased by 120 MW,and the deep peak shaving capacity can be increased by 66 MW,the investment payback period for renovation projects is about 1.5 years.This article can provide practical reference for the flexibility transformation of heating for similar units.
