Exploration of solutions to improve the quality of heating services in old residential areas
With the rapid development of urbanization, the heating problem in old residential areas has gradually become a major challenge for urban management, especially in extremely cold winter weather conditions where indoor temperatures often drop below 18 ℃,causing dissatisfaction and complaints from residents and putting pressure on the operation of heating companies. This study takes a typical old residential area in Beijing as the research object, and through field research, deeply analyzes the fundamental reasons for the non-compliance of room temperature.A comprehensive solution has been proposed, including secondary pipeline network renovation, introduction of smart heating system, external wall insulation measures, property service cooperation, and increasing user participation. The implementation of these measures aims to improve the overall performance of the heating system, optimize the work order processing flow, and ultimately achieve a significant increase in indoor temperature for residents and an improvement in the quality of heating services. The research results indicate that these comprehensive measures can effectively reduce the number of work orders, improve residents'thermal comfort, and provide valuable reference for solving heating problems similar to old residential areas.
