Methods and practices of overheating analysis of heating system based on infrared thermal imaging
The heating system of northern cities and towns generally has the problem of excessive heat supply to varying degrees. The conventional method is often based on the actual measurement of room temperature at home, while the overheating analysis method of heating system based on infrared thermal imaging avoids household monitoring, and can realize batch acquisition and processing of information,so as to quickly diagnose and evaluate the uneven cooling and heating and window opening loss between households and building groups in a single building of the heating system. The above method was applied to a residential community in Beijing for case analysis, and the heat loss of window opening, window opening and heat loss of excessive temperature were quantified, and it was found that hydraulic imbalance and lack of reasonable dynamic control means of the system, were the main reasons for the phenomenon of"uneven cold and heat"and"overheating",and the control of the heating system according to the indoor temperature could reduce the operating energy consumption by 2.26%~18.57%.
