摘要
为提升供热行业本科人才培养成效,强化实践教学和服务行业的能力,赤峰学院构建了"从课堂到会场"的产学研用多元一体的毕业论文培养模式.通过整合"校研行企"多方资源,从课程的行业融入、毕业论文与工程的结合方法,到行业专家协同评价、中国供热学术年会论文投稿组织,搭建贯通产学研用的一体化平台,培育出一批适应供热行业发展的应用型人才.这一育人模式不仅为供热行业发展提供了人才支持,也为地方高校"产学研用"提供了共同的参考.
Abstract
In order to improve the effectiveness of undergraduate personnel training in heating industry,Chifeng University has put forward a training model.Under this model,practical teaching and the ability to serve the industry can be effectively strengthened.The main feature of this model is the thesis formation program that integrates industry,academia,research and application from the classroom to the meeting place.This model is designed to integrate the resources of the university,research,industry and enterprises.In the process of cultivation,we pay attention to five issues,namely,the integration of the curriculum into the industry,the integration of the thesis with engineering,the collaborative evaluation of the thesis by industry experts,the organization of the thesis submission to the China Heating Academic Conference,and the establishment of an integrated platform for the integration of the industry,academia,research and use,and so on.Under this model,we have cultivated a batch of applied talents adapted to the development of the heating industry.This mode of training provides talent support for the development of the heating industry.It also provides reference for the construction mode of"industry-university-research-use"for local colleges and universities.
