Study on the optimization and scheme comparison of heat pump system for heat supplement of heat station
In order to cope with the problem of insufficient heating capacity of heat station caused by urban expansion and shortage of heat sources, the effects of vapor compression heat pump scheme and absorption heat pump scheme in improving the heating capacity of heat network are compared by taking a heat station as the research object.Based on the TRNSYS platform, the simulation models of two heat pump systems were established, and the design scheme and operation strategy of the systems were co-optimized with the goal of optimal economy by using the two-layer collaborative optimization. Then the application effect of the systems was compared from the perspectives of operation energy consumption, economy, floor space for new equipment and regional applicability. The results show that under the same heat supply, the energy consumption of the vapor compression heat pump supplement system in one heating season is 0.85%higher than that of the absorption heat pump supplement system. The initial investment of the vapor compression heat pump supplement system is about 1 million yuan lower than that of the absorption heat pump supplement system, but the operating cost of the two is almost the same,so the overall economy of the vapor compression heat pump supplement system is better. The footprint of new equipment in the vapor compression heat pump supplement system is nearly 30%smaller than that of the absorption heat pump supplement system.Compared with cold regions,it is more economical to use absorption heat pump heating systems in severe cold regions where the heat price is lower. Therefore, the design of the heat station supplement scheme should be carried out by comprehensively considering the factors such as regional conditions, energy prices, and site space.
