近些年随着智慧供热项目的实施,物联网智能平衡阀逐渐应用,大幅提升了二网平衡调节效率,但普遍采用NB或4G通讯的物联网智能平衡阀会受到本地运行商基站信号的强度影响,部分场景无法应用.采用一种LoRa通讯方式的云边协同智能二网平衡系统,以单元为平衡节点,智能平衡阀通过单级或多级LoRa通讯装置与换热站内的边缘控制器建立通讯,边缘控制器通过换热站光纤与上位云平台通讯,既能实现在换热站本地的边缘控制器自主平衡调节,也能实现云端主动控制或干预换热站边缘计算器自主平衡过程,达到二网热用户热力平衡、精准供热、节能降耗的目的.
Application of cloud edge collaborative secondary network balancing system based on local LoRa communication
In recent years,with the implementation of smart heating projects,the intelligent balance valve of the Internet of Things has gradually begun to be applied,which has significantly improved the efficiency of the balance adjustment of the second network.However,the intelligent balance valve of the Internet of Things that generally uses NB or 4G communication will be affected by the strength of the signal from the base station of the local operator,and some scenarios cannot be applied.This paper introduces a cloud side collaborative intelligent two network balance system that uses LoRa communication.With the unit as the balance node,the intelligent balance valve communicates with the edge controller in the heat exchange station through a single-stage or multi-stage LoRa communication device.The edge controller communicates with the upper cloud platform through the optical fiber of the heat exchange station,which can not only realize the independent balance adjustment of the local edge controller in the heat exchange station,but also realize the cloud side active control or intervention in heat exchange Self balancing process of station edge calculator to achieve thermodynamic balance,accurate heating,energy conservation and consumption reduction.
