摘要

2016年湖南省启动实施"科技成果转移转化示范县建设"专项,进一步把科技创新工作深入到县域,实现县域科技经济的转型升级.文章通过对湖南省首批科技成果转移转化示范县建设研究,分析其取得的成效和存在的不足,提出进一步加快科技成果转移转化示范县建设的建议,以此提升县域科技成果转移转化能力.
