objective:to observe the clinical tympanostomy tube combined adenoidectomy in the treatment of pediatric secretory otitis media curative effect, evaluation of its clinical application effect, providing a reference for future clinical treatment. Methods:this study randomly selected from October 2009 to October 2009 admitted during the period of 72 cases of children with secretory otitis media, using the random number method it can be divided into control group and observation group, control group given for the treatment of tympanostomy tube, observation group were given combined adenoidectomy tympanostomy tube treatment, follow-up of 6 months to 1 year, comparative analysis of two groups of curative effect. Results:the total effective rate was 91.67%of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group 77.78%;The recurrence rate and rate of observation group was obviously lower than the control group (P < 0.05), the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion:tympanostomy tube combined adenoidectomy to treat pediatric secretory otitis media can effectively improve the patient hearing, reduce the recurrence rate and infection rates, curative effect is distinct and high safety, is widely used in clinical practice and promotion.
