Objective:to analyze and compare the intertrochanteric femoral fracture operation treatment.Methods:to analyses on 55 patients with internal fixation operation treatment of intertrochanteric fracture,retrospective analysis of clinical data.Results:DHS internal fixation in 16 cases,2 cases of coxa vara;PFN internal fixation in 16 cases,1 cases of poor healing;LCP internal fixation in 23 cases, all healed well.Conclusion:for intertrochanteric fractures,LCP internal fixation with less trauma,simple operation,for the efficacy of most of the fixed stable fracture is good;PFN internal fixation has the advantages of small operation wound,simple operation,reliable fixation, strong anti-rotation and fracture complications;DHS internal fixation,femoral neck bone mass loss,the amount of blood loss more, can not prevent rotation, and if it loosen,not easy to fixation,and easily out of the femoral head.
