用自拟痰眩汤为主方治耳眩晕的一点经验

为了观察用中药专方治疗耳眩晕（西医病名为美尼尔氏综合症）的疗效，笔者用自拟痰眩汤（以白术、半夏、茯苓、桂枝、泽泻、苍术、葛根等十一味中药为基本方）治疗26例耳眩晕症患者（根据其病情进行辨证加减用药），并观察其临床疗效。在对这些患者进行药物治疗及2年的随访后发现，有21例患者治疗有效，治疗的总有效率为81%。可见，用痰眩汤辨证治疗耳眩晕的疗效确切，值得在临床上推广使用。
in order to observe Chinese medicine special treatment of ear vertigo, the curative effect of western medicine for the labyrinthine syndrome (Meniere), since the quasi phlegm anti-dazzle soup, side of the main drugs: atractylodes, pinellia, poria cocos, cassia twig, alisma, rhizoma atractylodis, radix puerariae ten medicinal herbs, such as basic, according to clinical disease differentiation and subtract, and its mechanism were discussed. Treatment of vertigo 26 cases, all were followed up for 2 years for curative effect observation. Results: the effective 21 cases, the total effective rate was 81%.
