摘要
目的：探讨分析卡式微柱凝胶法在血型鉴定中的应用及意义。方法：选取2009年1月～2013年6月间我院收治的患者900例作为研究对象，分别应用卡式微柱凝胶法和传统血型鉴定法为其进行血型鉴定，将两种方法鉴定结果的准确率进行对比，并将对比的结果及所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果：卡式微柱凝胶法的一次性鉴定准确率为100%，传统血型鉴定法的一次性鉴定准确率为91%，应用卡式微柱凝胶法进行血型鉴定的准确率明显高于传统的血型鉴定方法，差异显著（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：卡式微柱凝胶法能有效避免工作人员的工作失误，提高鉴定的准确率，具有操作简便、省时省力、节约血量、减少污染等优点，值得在临床上推广应用。
Abstract
Objective to investigate the gel method in blood group identification significance. Methods in our hospital from 2009 January -2013 year in June 900 cases were application card micro column gel and conventional blood group identification method, and two methods of accurate appraisal results were compared. The accuracy rate of the gel system is obviously higher than that of the traditional method of blood group identification, gel method is simple, time-saving and labor-saving, save the output, reduce pollution. Conclusion the gel method can effectively avoid the mistakes the staff, to improve the accuracy of clinical application, should be.
