Objective: To investigate the nursing intervention for patients with dysphagia and Alzheimer's disease. Methods: 100 cases of senile dementia patients were chosen in our hospital inpatient department as the research object, according to the random number table method were divided into intervention group and control group, 50 cases of patients in each group. For the patients in the control group were in basic nursing, for patients of intervention group were given at the same time basic nursing and specific nursing intervention. To improve the situation of two groups of patients after treatment, symptoms of dysphagia were compared. Results: the patients in the control group, the intervention group patients with dysphagia symptoms improved significantly better than the difference was significant, P < 0.05, there was statistical significance. Conclusion: symptoms and nutrient levels of targeted nursing intervention can significantly improve the swallowing disorder of patients with deglutition disorder in senile dementia, promote the restoration of spontaneous diet, improve the prognosis, and worth of clinical application.
