Objective To analyze the clinical symptom of inflammatory bowel disease, and strengthen the understanding of inflammatory bowel disease, explore the method of treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. 90 patients with inflammatory bowel disease methods in our hospital in 2008 February to 2012 April were patients, clinical symptoms of the 90 cases were analyzed. Results in 90 cases of patients with inflammatory bowel disease in patients with CD, 20 cases, male and female ratio in the patients of 1.4:1, ileocolic patients in 8 cases, 5 cases of patients with colon, terminal ileum in 7 patients. UC patients with 70 cases, male and female ratio in the patients of 1.55:1, including 10 cases of proctitis patients, patients with left-sided in 15 cases, 10 cases of colitis patients, there were 35 cases of rectosigmoid colitis. Conclusions compared to the previous, inflammatory bowel disease incidence was significantly increased in ulcerative colitis, the majority, of which more male patients, the symptom is lighter.
