Objective: To analysis and investigate the relationship between the time of cesarean section in full term and neonatal pneumonia. Method: The clinical data of 187 pregnant women in normal full term undergoing selective cesarean section were collected by the self-made general data questionnaire, treating in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012. The relationship between the time of cesarean section in full term and neonatal pneumonia was analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results: The incidence of neonatal was 29.73% in 37+ weeks’gravidas, 14.08% in 38+ weeks’gravidas,and 2.5% in 39+ week’s gravidas. Conclusion: The time of cesarean section and neonatal pneumonia was negatively correlated, the incidence of neonatal pneumonia can be significantly reduced after 39+.
