吉尼致美IUD在育龄女性避孕节育方面的临床应用价值

目的：探究吉尼致美IUD在育龄女性避孕节育方面的临床应用价值。方法：将2012年3月至2013年3月来我站要求放置IUD的育龄女性按照其自主选择IUD的种类将其分为两组，为对照组女性应用TCu380A节育器，为观察组女性应用吉尼致美节育器，对比观察两组女性使用吉尼致美的效果及发生不良反应的情况。结果：观察组受术者对节育器的持续使用率为92.75%，对照组受术者对节育器的继续使用率为81.16%，二者相比差异显著（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。观察组受术者发生不良反应的几率为10.14%，对照组受术者发生不良反应的几率为26.09%，差异显著（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论：吉尼至美节育器的避孕效果好，适用范围广，而且具有安全高效、副作用小、续用率高的优点，是一种理想的节育器，值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective:To explore the Gene Fiex (IUD) applied in contraception in women of childbearing age.Methods:The control group using TCu380A IUD,the observation group used Gene Fiex intrauterine device,two groups were observed and compared the clinical use and adverse reaction.Results:The observation group continue to use rate was 92.75%,significantly higher than that in control group 81.16%;observation group the incidence of side effects was 10.14%, significantly lower than the control group was 26.09%,statistically significant differences between groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Gene Fiex to beauty IUD contraceptive effect is good,mechanical compres-sion of the uterus, postoperative side reactions are relatively few,is a kind of IUD ideal,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
