摘要
目的：探讨应用冰毯对神经内科高热病人进行降温的临床效果。方法：将60例高热病人分为A、B两组，每组各30例患者，为A组患者应用传统的降温方法，为B组患者应用冰毯进行降温，比较两组患者的降温效果。结果：A组患者的降温效果显著差于B组患者，差异显著（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论：使用冰毯可以迅速、安全、有效地降低高热病人的体温，为护士节省工作时间，减少工作量。
Abstract
Objective to evaluate the efficacy of ice blanket for reducing body temperature in hyperpyrexia neurologic patients. Methods 60 hyperpyrexia patients were divided into 2 groups,Group A and Group B,involving 30 subjects respectively.Traditional treatments were applied in Group A,while treatment of ice blanket in Group B.the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results There was significant difference between the two groups.(p<0.05).Conclusion Treatment with ice blanket could effectively and securely reduce body temperature in hyperpyrexia neurologic patients.
