摘要
目的：探讨用超声诊断脾脏周围实性占位性病变的临床效果。方法：对2010年～2012年期间我院收治的84例脾脏周围实性占位性病变患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们对这84例患者进行了超声检查和病理检查。结果：经病理检查证实，这84例患者中有78例患者进行超声检查的定位定性正确，有6例患者进行超声检查的定位定性不正确。在这6例进行超声检查定位定性不正确的患者中，有4例患者的检查结果为定位正确但定性错误，有2例患者的检查结果为定位定性双重错误。结论：用超声诊断脾脏周围实性占位性病变的准确率较高。此诊断方法值得在临床上推广使用。
Abstract
Purpose: Explore the diagnostic value of surrounding solid ultrasound spleen lesions.Method: Retrospective analysis of hospital in the past three years, ultrasound detected around solid splenic lesions Case. All patients had ultrasound follow-up and /or surgical pathology records. Result:Ultrasound detected around solid splenic lesions 84 cases, qualitatively correct positioning in 78 cases, compliance rate was 92.9%;Correct positioning unspecified in 4 cases, accounting for 4.8%;Positioning qualitative error in 2 cases, misdiagnosis rate was 2.4%. Conclusion: Ultrasound splenic lesions around the solid has a high diagnostic value, but for a small number of cases, the diagnosis remains to be further enhanced.
