对发热儿童施行健康教育与心理干预的疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨对发热儿童采取健康教育与心理干预对其临床疗效的影响。方法:选取320例发热患儿作为研究对象,采用数字表法将其随机分为观察组(160例)和对照组(160例),为对照组患儿进行儿科常规护理干预,为观察组患儿在进行常规护理的基础上实施健康教育与心理干预,观察两组患儿的体温变化及临床疗效。结果:观察组患儿治疗的有效率(91.25%)明显高于对照组患儿,其发热持续的时间(8.57±1.33 h)、不思饮食的时间(2.05±0.34 d)、发生惊厥的几率(1.25%)均明显低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:为发热儿童施行健康教育与心理干预能迅速缓解其临床症状,提高其临床疗效,值得在临床上推广使用。
Abstract
objective:To study health education and psychological intervention on effect in treatment of fever in children. Methods :320 cases children with fever were divided into observation group (160 cases) and control group (160 cases) ,control group were given routine nursing care, observation group were given health education and psychological intervention. temperature change and the treatment effects were compared. Result:observation group efficient (91.25%) were signifiantly higher than that control group; Fever duration (8.57±1.33) h, do not think of eating time (2.05±0.34) d, eclampsia (1.25%) were significantly lower than that control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:health education and psychological intervention can quickly relieve clinical symptoms of fever in children , improve treatment effect .
