摘要
脊髓损伤（Traumatic Spinal cord injury，SCI）是一种脊柱外科常见的严重疾病。随着人口老龄化的日趋严重和交通工具的大众化，我国创伤性脊髓损伤的发病率呈现出逐年上升的趋势。本文就近年来医学界关于脊髓损伤的研究进展做一综述。
Abstract
The spinal cord injury (SCI ) is a common serious disease in spinal surgery department ,with the aging population and popular vehicle coming,traumatic spinal cord injury incidence and prevalence is increasing,bring burden for the patients themselves, spine surgeons,therapist,family and social. In this paper,we mainly reviewed the mechanism and the advance in rehabilitation and drug treatment of spinal cord injury in recent years.
