A Study on the Construction of Long-term Cooperation and Win-win Mechanism in Human Resource Outsourcing of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
As an effective strategy,human resource outsourcing is gradually adopted by small and medi-um-sized enterprises(SMEs)to optimize their human resource management.This article aims to explore how SMEs build long-term cooperation and win-win mechanisms in the process of human resource outsourcing,and analyze their importance to the enterprise.It proposes strategies such as selecting suitable outsourcing providers,controlling outsourcing costs,protecting information security and privacy,and promoting cultural in-tegration and team collaboration to establish long-term cooperation and win-win mechanisms with outsourcing providers.By addressing the challenges in human resource outsourcing for SMEs,this article aims to provide reference and guidance for SMEs in human resource outsourcing practices,enabling them to better cope with the fierce market competition and fulfill their role and status in the national economy.
