The Current Situation and Optimization Measures of the Extracurricular Activities of National Condition Education for International Students in China:Based on a Survey of Guangdong Universities
This article constructed an analytical framework,to conduct a survey on international students in China and international students'managerial staff,and found that the extracurricular activities of national condition education has the following features:unitary organizing way,lack of teacher allocation and insuffi-cient scientific planning in the aspect of teaching subject;students'low interest in China's governance,re-quirement for attending frequency and low willingness to write feedback in the aspect of identification subject;few extracurricular contents about China's governance and little coherence with the curricular learning in the aspect of identification object;lacking of innovative teaching methods in the aspect of identification mediator;lacking of policy support in the aspect of identification environment.Therefore,optimization strategies such as enriching organizational forms,skillfully utilizing professional teachers,cultivating students'interest in Chi-nese governance,guiding students to express their experiences,increasing Chinese governance content,using the curricular learning as the outline,innovating teaching methods,and increasing policy support have been proposed to explore a path to cultivate international students to be knowing China,friendly to China and sup-porting China,and to make international students tell Chinese stories well.
