摘要

高桩南狮是由狮头、狮尾共同完成的集体项目,两者之间位置不同,所发挥的作用不同,体能结果存在一定差异性.通过对运动员的身体形态、身体机能和运动素质三个方面的比较,更好地探索出狮头、狮尾体能的差异性,对完善舞狮运动的教学及训练可提供有价值的参考.
