Marx's Turn in Modern Philosophy:Taking Theses on Feuerbach as an Example
Marx's philosophy is not a continuation of the western traditional philosophy, but a rewrite.Marx's transformation of the philosophical research field successfully ended the traditional philosophy and formed a modern philosophical turn. The traditional philosophy, which lasted for more than two thousand years, had metaphysics as its core feature. However, metaphysics inevitably fell into the dilem-ma of ontology and epistemology. The fundamental dimension of the modern turn of Marx's philosophy lied in the rejection and transcendence of traditional metaphysics.According to the textual analysis of Theses on Feuerbach, this transcendence was embodied in the transformation of research paradigm from epistemology to ontology, philosophical subject from abstract subject to real man, mode of thinking from isolated abstract thinking to historical generating thinking, and value purview from explaining the world to transforming the world.
