以泉州为研究区,运用基尼系数、核密度分析和叠置分析等方法分析城乡民宿空间分布差异及其影响因素.结果表明:(1)研究区民宿在城乡之间数量分布差距悬殊,民宿密度分布极不均匀;(2)研究区民宿点平均分布密度为 672.7 个/km2,城镇民宿分布密度最高的区域在丰泽区(17 963 个/km2),乡村民宿分布密度最高的为德化县(67 个/km2);(3)研究区 94.9%的城镇民宿分布在海拔 200 m 以下的区域,85.29%的乡村民宿分布在海拔 200 m 以上的区域;(4)研究区民宿在市域整体、城镇区域呈现集聚分布,在乡村区域呈现相对均衡分布的特征;(5)影响城乡民宿空间分布差异的因素主要有自然地形、旅游资源禀赋、交通、居民消费能力和商业综合体.其中,交通因素、居民消费能力因素和商业综合体因素对城镇民宿分布的影响相对较大,乡村民宿分布受自然地形因素和旅游资源禀赋因素影响较大.
A Study on Spatial Differentiation of Urban and Rural Homestays in Quanzhou City
Taking Quanzhou City as the study area,the longitude and latitude data of the distribution of ur-ban and rural homestays points were collected through arcgis10 8 spatial analysis tools and mathematical statistical methods,using Gini coefficient,nuclear density analysis and superposition analysis to analyze the spatial distribution differences and influencing factors of urban and rural homestays.The results showed that(1)there was a wide gap in the number distribution of homestays in Quanzhou City between urban and rural areas,and the density distribution of homestays was very uneven;(2)The average distri-bution density of residential areas in Quanzhou City was 672.7/km2.The area with the highest distribution density of urban homestays was 17 963/km2 in Fengze District.The highest distribution density of rural homestays was 67/km2 in Dehua County;(3)94.9%of the urban homestays places in Quanzhou City were located below 200 m above sea level,and 85.29%of the rural homestays places were located above 200 m above sea level;(4)The homestays in Quanzhou City presented the characteristics of agglomeration dis-tribution in the whole city,districts and counties and urban and rural areas;(5)The factors affecting the spatial distribution difference of urban and rural homestays in Quanzhou City mainly included natural ter-rain factors,tourism resource endowment factors,transportation factors,residents'consumption ability factors and commercial complex factors.Among them,traffic factors,residents'consumption ability fac-tors and commercial complex factors had a relatively great impact on the distribution of urban homestays;The distribution of rural homestays placed more emphasis on natural terrain factors and tourism resource endowment factors.
