A Research on Airport Accessibility Based on WebGIS Service:Taking Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport as an Example
Based on WebGIS service,this study used Gaussian-based two-step floating catchment area method to explore the airport accessibility in Quanzhou area under the driving mode,reflecting the con-venience of residents'air travel.The analysis results showed that the accessibility of Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport presented a continuous fan-like spatial distribution pattern extending from southeast to northwest,and presented the spatial characteristics of high in the south and east but low in the north and west.Under the comprehensive consideration of all airports within Fujian Province,the airport acces-sibility was good and the high,medium-high,and medium levels of accessibility can cover more than half of the Quanzhou area.However,the residents in parts of Dehua,Yongchun and Anxi counties were still in a situation where airport accessibility level was low.The spatial heterogeneity analysis results further indicated that there was a significant spatial clustering pattern for airport accessibility.High values of ac-cessibility were clustered in the southeast region of Quanzhou City,and low values were clustered in the northwest region.
